Why does it take so long to ship a product?

We take 8 – 15 working days to ship a product because we are a made-to-order brand. Our artisans start working on an item only after the order is confirmed. The process involves drafting an individual paper pattern for each customer, getting the fabric embroidered/printed (if required) followed by the sewing process.

Do you ship items globally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email info@nikhilkolhe.com to find out if there is a backorder for that item (you will need to be a registered user).

Does Nikhil Kolhe ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

How will I know you received my order?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and process a refund for the unavailable item(s).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Do you offer Customization?

Why are your products non-returnable and non-exchangeable?

We are a made-to-measure brand, the item will be made to a specific size (as mentioned by the customer). It won’t be possible for us to accept a return or an exchange. However, we do offer free of charge alterations if there are any fit issues.

Why don’t you have fixed sizes? Why do I have to give my measurements?

To ensure a perfect fit, we manufacture the item(s) to the customers exact measurements.
